I was lucky enough to watch Dr. Masley on KQED with my mom. He is very clear about the simple lifestyle steps we can take to reduce our risks of death. I was also surprised by his clinical studies which pinpointed health risks that are not your normal cardiac evaluation gauges, including nutrient deficiencies, blood sugar levels, and some others I can not remember. Mom and I learned alot and decided to get his book Ten Years Younger and make some significant changes. (Mom and my husband have heart disease and I am a genetic and lifestyle candidate myself.)
So if you are old enough to want to feel and thrive at a level which is ten years younger, checking out his work and suggestions would probably be for your highest good!!! Let’s take good care of ourselves their is still so much good to do and fun to have. Take good care…..
Add Vitality Foods
Although you may not have the time or appetite to enjoy each of these foods daily, try to incorporate these regularly into your diet to look and feel better.
